Changes and cancellation

Payment

For this, you need to pay extra charges for travel services added to the amount quoted for your booking. If there are any problems with your payment, we contact you within 48 hours and are not liable for any subsequent price increase due to payment failures. Any price increase must be paid by the customer before the booking confirmation.
Baggage allowance
Different baggage allowance is offered by different airlines and thus customers are requested to kindly check the baggage policies directly from the airlines websites you are flying with. Some airlines charge an additional fee for additional baggage at the airport. You can use “Manage my Bookings” to add baggage to bookings. This service is available on airline’s websites and usually cost of adding more baggage is usually higher at the airport, so adding it before you check-in is recommended.
