Booking via our website

You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the website and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that apply to your bookings, travel arrangements or use of any other services on the website. You agree on behalf of yourself and for those whom you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions

· You agree that under no circumstances, any compensation paid by us won’t exceed the purchase price of your ticket

· After booking with us if you face any problem then before taking any action you must first contact us for assistance

· You are responsible for your activities on the website including the use of your username and password.

· You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age to use the services on this website and legally authorized to act on behalf of another person and information supplied by you is correct, accurate and true

Changes and cancellation

It is your right that you can change, cancel or modify a booked travel product or service but the method of doing this will depend on the specific airline, fare rules or other travel supplier’s terms and conditions. So to do any modifications, there will be specific requirements you will have to meet.

· All the necessary information is available online to cancel or modify your booking. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the third-party specific terms and conditions if involved. 

· You may submit your request for change/cancellation. After that, you will receive an email asking for confirmation to further process your request. If in any case, you do not receive the message then it is solely your responsibility for contacting us. We are not responsible if due to any technical reasons the confirmation process is not completed. 

· Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other suppliers as most of them treat a name change as a cancellation to which standard conditions and charges would apply

· If you make any alterations to your booking, in addition to the terms and conditions of your suppliers, our standard, fees will apply as may be outlined on your booking confirmation.

Refund

Under any circumstances if you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The refundable portion of your purchase price will be refunded to you once we receive the funds back from suppliers. We are not held responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund. If you want to cancel or change your bookings the service fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable. 

Price and payment policies

Prices

At the last step of the booking procedure, before purchase, the total amount to be charged is shown. The amount taken from your card may differ from the amount quoted as it depends on the additional charges or fees applied to the transaction process. We are not liable for any fees relating to varying exchange rates or any additional fee for the transaction in foreign currency charged by your card issuer. 

Payment

Payment can be made by the payment methods listed on the website. While booking with us we need your debit and credit card details which can be passed to the relevant travel supplier for booking formalities. For this, you need to pay extra charges for travel services added to the amount quoted for your booking. If there are any problems with your payment, we contact you within 48 hours and are not liable for any subsequent price increase due to payment failures. Any price increase must be paid by the customer before the booking confirmation.

Baggage allowance

Different baggage allowance is offered by different airlines and thus customers are requested to kindly check the baggage policies directly from the airlines websites you are flying with. Some airlines charge an additional fee for additional baggage at the airport. You can use “Manage my Bookings” to add baggage to bookings. This service is available on airline’s websites and usually cost of adding more baggage is usually higher at the airport, so adding it before you check-in is recommended.
